Velora Essentials Shipping Policy


Processing and Dispatch


Orders are usually processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 working days. As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your personal tracking number. To ensure the fastest service possible, orders may be shipped from our UK or international fulfilment centres depending on current stock availability.

Delivery Times
United Kingdom

Free Tracked Delivery: We are proud to offer free tracked shipping on all orders.

Estimated Delivery: 5–9 working days after dispatch.

Please allow for additional transit time during peak seasonal periods (such as Christmas and Black Friday) or in the event of adverse weather conditions.

Christmas Delivery


To ensure your gifts arrive in time for the festivities, we recommend placing your orders on or before 10th December. Orders placed after this date may arrive after Christmas due to high seasonal demand and potential courier delays.

Delivery Issues and Missed Deliveries


To ensure a smooth delivery, please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to amend the delivery details.

If a courier is unable to deliver a parcel due to:

An incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

The recipient not being available to receive the parcel

The parcel being refused or left unclaimed

The parcel may be returned to our warehouse or disposed of by the courier. In these specific instances, the order is not eligible for a refund as the delivery failure was outside the control of Velora Essentials. If redelivery is possible, a reshipment fee may apply.
