Velora Essentials Returns & Refunds Policy

At Velora Essentials, We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Velora Essentials purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you are welcome to return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

How to Start a Return

To begin the process, please email info@veloraessentials.co.uk with your order number, the reason for the return, and a clear photo of the item.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a full refund, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn .

  • In the original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@veloraessentials.co.uk with your order number and clear photos showing the fault. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Cancellations

Orders can only be amended or cancelled before they are processed by our warehouse. Once an order has been submitted for fulfilment, we are unable to stop the shipment.
